6. Client Responsibilities:
The client agrees to actively participate in the consulting process, providing accurate information and feedback as necessary for the effective delivery of services by Mariana Mindset.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation of consulting services must be communicated in writing. Refund policies will be outlined in the specific service agreement, taking into consideration the nature and extent of services rendered.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Mariana Mindset will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
9. Termination:
Either party may terminate the consulting relationship with written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to fulfill any outstanding payment obligations for services rendered.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Mariana Mindset is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms:
Mariana Mindset reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
